Terms & Conditions
- Please note that finishing hair removal in one (1) year equals to twelve (12) sessions of hair removal treatments.
- Finishing twelve (12) sessions of hair removal in one (1) year requires customers to book one (1) treatment per month.
- Please note that booking of appointments is subjected to booking availability. Customers might not be able to book appointment once a month if they wish to have appointments on popular days.
- “Complete(ion of) hair removal” is based on customers satisfaction level and not on complete hair removal results.
- Due to various individual differences, twelve (12) sessions might not be enough for satisfactory hair removal results.
【Doctor Support and Full Refund Warranty】
We will give you your full refund if an event you experience skin troubles after our treatment. We also provide Doctor Support at Datsumo Labo’s expense.
【No Results Full Refund】
- Only applicable to Full Body Package Plans
- Treatment should be done with 30days after subscription
- Only limited results can only be seen within first 30 days after treatment.
- Not applicable to customers who do 2 treatments within 30 days.
- We will charge a $10 refund transfer fee at customer’s expense.
- Customers who receive refund are not allowed to purchase the refunded package.
- The full refund warranty is only limited to once per customer.
- Q1 What if I am not able to receive treatment within 30days after subscription?
- A1 Please try to accommodate to the available slots within the 30days after subscription. You may try to book your treatment appointment at another branch.
- Q2 How should I decide if there is no results?
- A2 Our staff will check and make the decision.
- Q3 Am I able to purchase any other package even after receiving the refund?
- A3 Yes you may purchase any other package. However, receiving a full refund is limited to once per customer.
- Only Full Body Hair Removal Package plans that are worth more than S$4000 are eligible.
- Cashback will be done only by bank transfer.
- To apply for the cashback campaign, you will be required to fill in the ‘Cashback Request’ form at your Datsumo Labo salon.
- The ‘Completion of Package Plan’ Cashback Promotion is limited to one cashback per customer.
- Q1 After using the ‘Completion of Package Plan’ Cashback Promotion, am I able to subscribe to other plans?
- A1 Yes. However, the promotion is only limited to once per customer, so it cannot be used for the new subscribed package.
- Q2 Will bank transfer charges be incurred?
- A2 These charges will be footed by Datsumo Labo
- Q3 How long will the Cashback transfer take after submitting the Cashback Request Form?
- A3 After customers submit the Cashback Request Form to the branch staff, it will take at least 15 workings days for cashback to be transferred into customer’s bank account.
- Q4 I did not receive my Cashback. What should I do?
- A4 Please proceed to any of our staff and they will provide you assistance on the cashback matter.
- Q5 I have spent more than S$4000 for the Monthly Hair Removal Plan. Can I also enjoy the Cashback promotion?
- A5 We apologize but this promotion is only eligible for Full Body Hair Removal Packages that are worth more than S$4000.

- Q2 Does it include a package which I bought a long time ago?
- A2 It is only applicable if you are currently still visiting the other salon for your unfinished package. Finished packages are not applicable.
- Friends Introduction Promotion is only valid for introduced customers who purchase more than 22 areas 6 treatments,whereby cashback will be given to the introducee. Cashback for the introduced customer will only be given after the 1st treatment is finished.
- Only limited to introduced customers who are new customers at Datsumo labo.
- Application for Friends Introduction Cashback Promotion is required before introduced customer visits the shop.
