Pinklestar and Sedona Singapore will Merge to Create a Stronger Presence in Beauty and Wellness

SINGAPORE — 1st November 2023 —Pinklestar Pte Ltd ("Pinklestar"), the esteemed management company behind the renowned beauty and wellness brand Pink Parlour, is thrilled to announce its merger with Sedona Singapore International Pte Ltd ("Sedona"), the management company of the well-established Japanese brand Datsumo Labo. As part of this exciting union, Datsumo Labo will undergo a transformation and its Centrepoint outlet will be rebranded as "Pink Parlour Premium” from 1st December 2023.


This merger marks a significant milestone for both companies, leveraging their respective strengths to further enhance their positions in the highly competitive beauty and wellness sector. The new entity, operating under the name "Pinklestar," will combine the expertise, resources, and innovative capabilities of both Pink Parlour and Datsumo Labo to offer an even wider range of top-notch services to clients across Singapore.


The decision to rename Datsumo Labo as "Pink Parlour Premium", reflects the synergy and unity that this merger represents. Utilising Datsumo Labo’s high standards of Japanese service, it captures the essence of the Pink Parlour & Japanese brand – a place where customers can experience top-tier treatments in self-care, body care, and rejuvenation while experiencing premium services in every visit with the highest Japanese standard available.

To ease operation management efforts, Pink Parlour Premium will be under the management of Pinklestar while Sedona Singapore focuses on pioneering and implementing new beauty services for Pinklestar.


Expected Change(s):

  • From 1st December 2023, Datsumo Labo customers will expect to see a change in the webstore from “Datsumo Labo” to “Pink Parlour”, with new login credentials provided at a later date

  • From 1st December 2023, Datsumo Labo Tanjong Pagar’s location will move and merge with Pink Parlour OUE Downtown outlet, which is only a 4 minute drive away. OUE Downtown is also conveniently located within a 3-10 minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar station (North-East Line), Shenton Way station (Thomson East Coast Line), and Downtown station (Downtown Line).
