Datsumo Labo would like to thank all customers for their patience the last two days with regards to their treatment appointments & and we sincerely apologise for the late response time during this busy period.
To be fair to all customers, affected customers will have their appointments automatically shifted to the same day & timing of their appointment 11 weeks later, in order of those affected on 7th April, starting from 23rd June. Some appointments might have different date/timings as the particular timing is fully booked.
As our callcenter is overwhelmed with appointment enquries, we have published all affected customers new appointments. If you have had an appointment with us during these 11 weeks, please access this link to check your new appointment slot: https://bit.ly/2NauApK

The link will be taken down on 30th June, 6pm. Please CTRL + F and find your new appointment in the excel sheet link provided above with your Customer ID (please refer to your customer card for your customer ID). If your Customer ID is NOT in the excel or you wish to change the appointment that was given to you, please message us back and we will get to your messages ASAP.

16th June 2020
Datsumo Labo is pleased to announce that we will be restarting our business operations from 19th June 2020, 11.30am onwards.
We are currently experiencing extremely high volumes of enquiries, thus we seek your kind understanding if there is a delay in responding to your messages. Any enquiries regarding treatment appointments reschedule will only be handled from 17th June 2020, 3pm onwards.
1. Regarding package validity extensions
All customers will be given 2 months extension to their package validity. If you are unable to book your appointment by 31st Jul due to appointment constraints, please inform us and we will do further extensions if necessary.
2. Regarding treatment appointments
To be fair to all customers, affected customers will have their appointments automatically shifted to the same day & timing of their appointment 11 weeks later, in order of those affected on 7th April, starting from 23rd June.
Eg. 7th April (Tues) appointment customers will be automatically rescheduled to 23rd June (Tues) at the same timing of their 7th April appointments. 15th April (Wed) appointment customers will be automatically rescheduled to 1st July (Wed) at the same timing of their 15th April appointments.
Customers who rescheduled during the 1st announcement to 19th June and after will be able to keep their appointments of that timing.
We seek all customer’s understanding, patience & fairness in this period of time and if we are not able to reschedule appointments to earlier requested dates.

20th May 2020
The government has announced that we will be exiting the Circuit Breaker as intended on 1 Jun, however some businesses are still unable to resume operations in Phase 1 such as Datsumo Labo as our service involves significant prolonged close contact with our customers.
Currently, we are unable to provide any dates as to when Datsumo Labo will be able to reopen and thus we will remain closed until further notice. Once we have any dates to provide our customers, we will update on this platform accordingly. Until then, do follow us on our various social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date if we will have any promotions for the Circuit Breaker period.

With the additional COVID-19 Circuit Breaker measures being announced by the government on 21st April 2020, Datsumo Labo’s operations all branches will continue cease for another 4 weeks until 1 June 2020 (Monday). We hope to have normal operations resume from 2nd June 2020 (Tuesday) onwards. Dates will change according to government updates.
All appointments during this period will be automatically cancelled. Our call-centers will still remain contactable during this closure, so all affected customers may contact us with regards to rescheduling appointments at our two hotlines, 92715013 and 84681029 (SMS & WhatsApp available only) or email in to email@example.com. Please note that there might be a delay in response due to the increased volume of inquires.
Additionally, rest assured that package validity will be extended accordingly in light of our compulsory business closure. Our management will be releasing a statement on our social media to address the extensions.

In accordance with the government’s new COVID-19 measures announced on 3rd April 2020, Datsumo Labo has to temporarily cease operations for all branches from 7th April 2020 (Tuesday) till 4th May 2020 (Monday), with normal operations resuming on 5th May 2020 (Tuesday). Dates will change according to government updates.
All appointments during this period will be automatically cancelled. In light of the COVID-19 becoming a worldwide pandemic, Datsumo Labo has strengthened its hygiene & have taken new measures to protect our customers and employees in accordance to border measures announced by the government.
All customers will have to sign a declaration form for contact tracing and have their temperature checked upon reaching the shop. If the customers have been on a cruise, visited the following countries within the last 14 days of shop visit and/or temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees, Datsumo Labo reserves the right to decline treatment.
– China, Hongkong
– ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Brunei, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia and Vietnam)
– Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland
– South Korea, Japan
– United States
Customers who are affected by Stay-at-home Notices (SHM) can contact our callcenter for appointment arrangements.
We strongly advise customers to refrain from doing hair removal if any of the above strikes a chord, and overcome this adversity together.
