It’s the time of the year where the price of roses skyrocket!
If you are celebrating Valentine’s this year, regarding of who you’re spending it with with (we don’t judge), why not try out these 50 DIY Ideas that we found on Pinterest?
Here are our TOP 5 favourite ideas!
1) OUT WITH THE PINK, IN WITH THE GOLD

Valentine’s doesn’t always have to stick to the traditional red/pink colour scheme. It can be visually refreshing to add a dash of gold to your celebrations. While the picture looks like it can pass off for a wedding reception, the rose gold is a pretty sweet touch! Champagne not included.
2) DIY GIFT TAGS

Full cards are too mainstream. Personalise a message with your gifts with just a card and some string. There are a lot of good free fonts online to help bring that message across to your friends and family, or your date!
3) LOVE COUPONS
Add some excitement to your relationship by issuing your partner some love coupons that they can redeem at any point in your relationship. Although these have to be purchased, all you need is a pen and some paper to DIY, or you can get it done in Microsoft Word or even Photoshop if you’re feeling fancy.
4) HEART-SHAPED FRUITS

Actual grown heart-shaped strawberries cost a bomb, but thankfully it’s easy to cut your own. Simple, healthy and pretty – cut out your favorite soft fruits using a heart shaped cutter and optionally serve them with some cream! Just the way that we want to spend our Valentines 🙂
5) THANK GOD FOR
In this modern day and age, it is not uncommon anymore to have met your friends or Significant Other online (like we have). Celebrate the golden age of technology by giving them a cheeky card reminding you both of how you E-met.
